Scheduling & Appointments
Usually same-day or next-day. We're local and we don't book out weeks in advance like the big chain stores. Check the calendar and you'll see what's available — we keep open slots specifically for last-minute requests.
Yes — for most jobs we'll need access to your home and your devices, and we'll want to walk you through everything when we're done. If your situation is a little different, just let us know when you book and we'll figure something out.
Rescheduling is always free. To cancel without a fee, just give us at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation email or by messaging us directly. Same-day cancellations have a $15 fee since we've already blocked that time. See our full policies for details.

What We Do
It depends on what we're doing. Most single-device setups like a smart TV, Alexa, or Ring doorbell take 30–45 minutes. WiFi and router jobs usually run about an hour. Larger jobs like a full smart home setup or multi-camera security system can take 2–3 hours. We'll always give you an honest time estimate before we show up.
We bring our tools, cables, and setup equipment. For devices like routers, cameras, or smart home gadgets — those are things you'd purchase yourself (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) and we set them up for you. If you're not sure what to buy, message us before your appointment and we'll point you in the right direction.
Yes, both. Whether it's a Windows PC, a MacBook, or an iMac — we handle setup, cleanup, virus removal, software installs, and data transfers on either platform.
Probably. Just message us and describe what's going on. If it's tech-related and within our skill set, we'll come out. If it's something we can't help with, we'll tell you upfront before you pay a cent.
Pricing
Rates & Payment
Everything is a flat rate — you know exactly what you're paying before we show up. No hourly billing, no surprise charges, no "diagnostic fees." Prices start at $49 depending on the job. We'll always confirm the rate with you before your appointment.
Nope. Same rate regardless of when you book. Fast response is just part of how we operate — not an upsell.
Payment is collected on-site when the job is done — not before. We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. For jobs over $100, we may ask for a 50% deposit upfront to confirm your booking. We don't send invoices or accept payment after the fact.
Yes — your first booking is 15% off. And if you book another job within 7 days of your first, that second booking is 25% off. No code needed, we apply it automatically.
After the Job

If something we set up stops working within 7 days and it's our fault, we come back and fix it at no charge. No arguments, no fees. That's our 7-day satisfaction guarantee and we take it seriously.
